Over the counter and prescription medication can only be given at school with a health care provider order and parental consent.  A new order form is required with each new school year. A separate order form is required for each medication. If a medication change occurs, a new order form is required.  Prescription labels and bottles must match the health care provider order form exactly. ONLY emergency medications may be carried by the student, such as an epi-pen or rescue inhaler. Health supplements NOT approved by the FDA will not be administered at school.
